Business is Broken

You spend good money on advertising and can't tell if it did any good.

You seek qualified help, and get unqualified responses—or resumes that brought the right skills, but the wrong person.

Your customers don't seem to know the meaning of loyalty—except to the lowest price.

Where is the satisfaction that was supposed to come from owning your own business? Where is the freedom of self-direction? Where's that warm and fuzzy feeling you expected when you did something really worthwhile?

Business is broken.

Build Something New

But sometimes fixing what's broken isn't as simple as just replacing the broken parts with a new version of the same thing.

Napoleon was the greatest strategist of his time, but when his army came to a river, he couldn't walk on water any more than the rest of us can. So what did he do?

He built bridges. His pontonniers created quick plank bridges supported by boats, over which even his artillery could pass, making the obstacle irrelevant.

Sometimes, fixing what's broken means thinking in a completely new way.

How Would You Like Access to a Worldwide Team of Bridge Builders?

Who better to teach you new business thinking to build bridges than folks who are already practicing it?

We are a team of business people from all over the world, from a wide spectrum of business and education backgrounds who can work together with you to create change.

We'll help resolve the challenges that are causing the greatest concern today, and help free up time and energy to spend planning and preparing for tomorrow, for next week, next month, next year.

Randell Waddell

Randell Waddell

I run various programs in a State High School. This includes Learning Enhancement programs for students with learning difficulties through to Gifted and Talented students. Other groups involve Boys Education, taking students at risk out bush in Adventure Based training programs, using exercise to reset vestibular integration/ brain crossover etc. Keeping current with a range of approaches assists me to evaluate and tweak my own teaching dynamics, and those of the programs involving small to large groups up to some 100 people.

One of my greatest joys as a teacher, coach, mentor, and friend, is to share in the explorations and successes of my "right brainers", be they kids at risk, G&T kids, or just incredible innovative individuals.

Much of my greatest frustration comes from seeing similar people failing to live anywhere near up to their potentials, and be able to curb their impulse control. For these people, when working independently, setting goals and forcing themselves to stick to them often makes them physically sick, and they rebel both consciously and unconsciously to them.

I am a very great believer in the power of appropriate feedback (and feedforward) mechanisms—when I/we have been able to hit the appropriate buttons for an individual, resistance appears to quickly evaporate, success often unfolds/flows at amazing rates, and can be powerfully liberating.

John W. Furst

John W. Furst

John Furst started helping clients with using the Internet as a business tool back in 1996. In the early days the technology part of it was the real challenge. It is not anymore.

Putting Web pages online has become really easy. And as a result of it: You have to compete with billions of pages. You are not alone anymore. A Web site template might get you started, but only a good strategy will make you succeed.

One tool that should be part of every Web strategy is email marketing. Unfortunately many businesses mess this up. John advices his clients and blog readers, "When you have got a Web site, you also must get an email autoresponder! Period." To help spread his word John publishes a dedicated bi-weekly email marketing tips blog carnival since May 2008. It's the only publication of its kind and contains tips from John, his colleagues and other recognized Internet marketers.

Now, click through to John's Web site and sign up for his email newsletter to keep yourself up-to-date.
